A lot of the times we are told that our feelings get in the way of our work in STEM. To be successful, we can not let “messy emotions” get in the way. But to be a creature who understands the world through emotions, why not let feelings guide our curiosity.
Hello! We are an ESRC-funded research group in the School of Education at the University of Glasgow. Our project explores the experiences of women entering STEM for higher education and the work force to better understand events that may be contributing to the inequality seen in these fields. Our project will take place in India, Rwanda, and the UK.
